Hunt for Justice
Hunt for Justice is an online one-day puzzle hunt where teams of 2-6 purchase a packet to be sent to them to go with the materials available to them online. Proceeds benefit The Innocence Project which aims to help individuals who have been unjustly incarcerated.
The first version of this hunt was knock-off Scooby Doo themed and ran in October 2017 and again in January 2018. I have heard no mention of a repeat or new version of this hunt as of October 2018.
I playtested puzzles, staffed the call-in hint phoneline, and collaborated with my friend Matthew Glisson to author a puzzle. Our puzzle was Zombinis, a puzzle in which you must slide around an abandoned ice rink which has been overrun with zombies. Players could track their progress on a large print-out with cardboard parts or play entirely online.
